Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms or your participation in programs will not exceed the fees you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. Termination
Either party may terminate enrollment for material breach after written notice and a reasonable cure period where curable. We may suspend access immediately for security incidents. Upon termination, access to labs and recordings ends according to the refund policy.
